From the CV’s that you will receive from us it will be established that our candidates will have relevant childcare experience and may hold a childcare qualification. We insist on a face-to-face interview with our nannies and ascertain their experience, the sort of post they are seeking and discuss the qualities they can offer a family.
If we feel they match our criteria of “A Kensington Nanny” we will go ahead and check their references and other documentation, and if satisfied with the outcome only then are their details sent out to prospective employers.
