This family welcomed a beautiful baby boy born in October 2024, and they are looking for someone to support their parenting journey; they had an excellent Maternity nurse since his birth in October 2024, who was with them until the end of January 2025. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in 3 different locations: Queensway (UK), Braunschweig (Germany) & Majorca (Spain). With the parents loosely favouring a baby-led approach they will be introducing solids when the baby shows readiness, following his cues for sleep, and encouraging self-discovery and exploration in a gentle and respectful manner, cultivating a trusting bond and allowing the baby to grow in a nurturing & responsive environment. Travelling between London, Braunschweig, and Majorca will introduce the baby to different environments. As such the nanny needs to be prepared to adjust to varying time zones, climates & cultural environments while maintaining a flexible attitude to help the baby adapt. By being flexible, patient, and responsive, you`ll be able to align with their parenting philosophy while providing excellent care for their baby. You do need to be a native English speaker along with ideally holding an EU passport for the ease of travel between destinations.
