A warm and welcoming family based in Islington, soon relocating to Hampstead Heath, are looking for a kind, experienced, and proactive full-time nanny to care for their baby boy, born December 2024. This is a sole charge role, as both parents will be working full-time outside the home from September 2025. The family is seeking a long-term nanny who can support their son’s development and be a valued part of their lives for years to come. This is a live-out position until Summer 2026, from Summer 2026, the family will offer an optional live-in arrangement in a private studio flat within their new home. If this option is taken, salary/package terms would be adjusted in line with live-in market norms at that time. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years professional Nanny experience, ideally in long-term roles, recognised childcare qualification preferred and be a fluent/native English speak for language development. You will have sole care of the little boy and be responsible for managing his routine, planning enriching and age appropriate activities and outings, and supporting his key developmental stages and transitions.
