This is a long-term, stable role for someone who thrives in a busy, well-organised home and is confident juggling both child-focused responsibilities and household admin. Term time hours run from midday to early evening, making space for a balanced daily routine, while full-time cover is required during school holidays. Flexibility is appreciated during term time if either child is unwell or at home. The family is seeking a nanny with a genuine interest in education — someone who can help support and enrich both children’s academic progress, particularly in preparation for the 7+ assessments. The ideal candidate will be proactive and organised, with the confidence to plan and deliver engaging activities and routines tailored to each child’s needs. A key requirement for this role is confident driving, as the school run, and after-school activities are part of the daily schedule. This is a well-run household with a loyal nanny-housekeeper who has been with the family for over eight years, creating a positive and respectful working environment. Alongside childcare, the role includes a range of PA duties to support two full-time working parents — including diary management, liaising with schools and tutors, booking appointments, running local errands, and helping keep the home running smoothly.
