Key Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker, with the ability to support language development
- Norland qualification or equivalent (essential)
- Minimum of 6 years’ professional childcare experience
- Previous ROTA experience
- Demonstrated experience caring for multiple young children
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm, structured, and confident in routine-building
- Experience working in private or fully staffed households
- Discreet and professional at all times
- Strong swimmer and enjoys outdoor activities
- Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to multiple residences
A highly organised and respectful family is seeking a Norland-trained Nanny (or equivalent) to join a structured rota team. Working alongside another professional nanny and hands-on parents, this role offers a long-term position within a fully staffed household. The position is suited to a candidate who values structure, consistency, and high standards, and who is confident operating within a collaborative, professional environment. In this role you will be caring for a boy aged 2.5 years old and his little sister who is 6 months old. The family have a dog so no allergies please. You will be provided with your own private bedroom provided (occasional sharing may be required if guests are in residence or a child is unwell, agreed in advance).
