A professional, organised, and proactive rota nanny is sought for a busy, fully staffed household based in a prestigious suburb of Melbourne. This position focuses primarily on two children, a girl almost 5 years old and a boy almost 3 years old. There is also a 1-year-old girl, cared for by her own dedicated nanny. You will provide a combination of sole and shared care, ensuring routines are maintained and both children are supported in their development. A strong emphasis is placed on planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, learning, and independence. The role involves close collaboration with mum, her Executive Assistant, and the co-nanny.
