A private family is seeking an experienced and professional nanny to join their established childcare team. This is a long-term opportunity caring primarily for a 6-year-old boy within a fully staffed household. Al Ain, often referred to as the “Garden City,” offers a calm, green, and culturally rich environment. Located approximately 90 minutes from Abu Dhabi and Dubai, it provides a slower-paced lifestyle with access to heritage sites, traditional souks, and a strong family-oriented community. The area is home to many English-speaking nannies and teachers, offering a supportive social network. You will be responsible primarily for a bright and sensitive 6-year-old boy. He is playful, humorous, and kind, enjoys both independent play and structured activities, and responds well to thoughtful communication and consistency. You will also work collaboratively with other nannies in the household and interact with his siblings: Boy (11), Boy (7) and Girl (4). The family values a balanced and thoughtful parenting style that prioritises children enjoying their childhood. Communication and explanation are central, particularly for the 6-year-old, who benefits from understanding boundaries clearly. The household is active and social, with frequent, spontaneous gatherings with extended family and friends.
