Live-in: Shared bedroom with the baby (vacate when not on duty)
Start: Approx. 20 August 2026 – for 3 months
Rate: £400 – £450 per day
Days: 5 days/ 24-hour cover for the first few weeks and then 4 days 24 hour cover thereafter
Key Requirements:
- Extensive newborn and maternity nurse experience
- Confident supporting post C-section recovery
- Strong knowledge of both breastfeeding and bottle feeding
- Ability to establish gentle, effective routines
- Calm, supportive, and reassuring manner
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Comfortable working 24-hour shifts
- Happy to share a room with the baby while on duty
- Comfortable around a small dog
An experienced and professional maternity nurse is sought to support a mother welcoming her second child via planned C-section. This is a structured, live-in role suited to a confident candidate who can guide routine development while providing attentive postnatal support. You will be responsible for the full care of a newborn, supporting the mother following a C-section and helping establish a consistent and manageable routine. There is an older sibling who has her own Nanny.
