A family relocating from the United States is seeking a dedicated and experienced Russian-speaking nanny to join their household on a long-term basis. This is a shared care position working closely with the mother, supporting three young children in a structured and well-organised home environment. The Children: newborn girl (born March 2026) – primary focus, requiring full nursery duties including feeding, sleep routines, and early development, a boy, 5 years old – creative, kind, and sensitive, with a strong interest in maths and girl, 3 years old – bright, energetic, and advanced for her age. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day care and development of all three children, with a primary focus on the newborn. You will be expected to anticipate the family’s needs, contribute to a smooth household routine, and provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care across all age groups. The family is committed to maintaining a trilingual environment, with Russian and French spoken at home. The family is establishing their new home in London and is looking for a nanny who will become an integral and trusted part of their household. They value a structured yet nurturing approach, with an emphasis on education, language development, and maintaining a harmonious daily routine.
