Live-in: Private bedroom and bathroom in family home with possibility of separate accommodation for the right long-term candidate

Rate: 55000 HKD per month (Candidate dependent)
Days: Mon- Fri (07:00 am – 07:00 pm)
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience working with school-aged children (ideally 8–12 years)
- Fluent English speaker
- Previous long-term roles within private households preferred
- Confident managing schedules, school communications, and extracurricular activities
- Experience supporting children with mild ADHD or similar needs
- Strong academic support skills, including homework assistance
- Calm, patient, and emotionally intelligent approach
- Engaging and able to encourage curiosity, learning, and independence
- Active and sporty—happy to support an athletic child
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents
- Animal lover (comfortable around two friendly Labradors)

Their son is a bright, engaging, and active child who thrives with structure and encouragement. He is sporty and energetic, with a passion for tennis, alongside football and swimming. He is kind and emotionally aware and benefits from a calm, consistent approach. He has mild ADHD, primarily presenting as forgetfulness, and responds extremely well to routines, organisation, and clear expectations. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, intuitive, and one step ahead—confident managing school communications, coordinating schedules with coaches and overseeing all aspects of this young boys day-to-day life. You will support homework, encourage curiosity and learning, and help broaden his general knowledge in an engaging and age-appropriate way.
