A British family based in the sunny Cayman Islands is seeking a native English-speaking nanny whose approach to childcare aligns with their traditional British values. They are looking for a thoughtful and experienced professional to support them in nurturing and raising their contented baby daughter, born in November 2025.The Parents work and need about 45 hours of support 5 days per week. They will assist with all paperwork regarding the visa. The role is live out, Cayman has an established community of expats so finding a flat /flat share is simple and the family will accommodate you initially while you search for your ideal abode. There will be some international travel, they have a swimming pool at home & of course you should be fond of the water so that you may take full advantage of all that this perfectly formed island has to offer those who relish a laid-back outdoorsy lifestyle. The family will provide you with a car to get to & from work. The Salary will be paid in Cayman Dollar monthly and is tax free so allows for renting your own flat! A nanny with solid UK experience who is familiar with a traditional British upbringing and able to support this within the home would be highly desirable. If you have a few years to spare, lots of get up and go energy and are a professional nanny, then you would-be well-placed working for this friendly fun family. They do have a pet rabbit so no allergies please.
