A prestigious Royal household based in Abu Dhabi is seeking an exceptional, experienced Governess/Nanny to join their established childcare team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly professional candidate who thrives in a structured, formal environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative, international team. You will be joining a team of 4 experienced, long-standing professional nannies (from the UK, France, Australia, and Portugal), with an additional nanny being hired to create a 5-person team. Each child has a dedicated nanny; however, this role is dynamic and flexible, supporting across all children depending on schedules, activities, and team rotation. Your primary focus will be on the older children, while also covering the 2-year-old’s nanny one day per week. The children are a girl born 2011, twins, boy and girl born in 2013 and a toddler boy, born March 2025. All children are healthy, active, and well-adjusted, having been raised with professional nanny support since birth. They follow structured routines and respond well to positive reinforcement. This is a warm yet formal Royal household that values professionalism, discretion, and structure. The parents are experienced employers who have worked with professional nannies for over 15 years. While the environment is structured, the team is supportive and welcoming, and the children are a pleasure to work with.
