A Royal household based in Riyadh is seeking an accomplished, engaging and highly polished Companion / Mentor to support their intelligent, sociable and engaging eleven-year-old daughter.  This is a rare and rewarding opportunity for an experienced nanny, governess or mentor who enjoys working with older children and pre-teens in a role focused on mentorship, educational support, companionship and emotional guidance within a warm, fully staffed household environment. The young girl is bright, confident and socially engaging, and the family are seeking a candidate who can naturally step into the role of trusted role model and mentor whilst fostering independence, confidence, curiosity and emotional development. The successful candidate will create a stimulating, supportive and enriching environment whilst encouraging excellent routines, organisation and positive self-expression. The role centres around educational guidance, social development and companionship rather than traditional nursery duties, allowing the successful candidate to focus fully on building a strong and meaningful relationship with the child. You will be joining a large, close-knit and highly professional household with established routines and a fully staffed team. Nursery duties are managed separately, allowing your focus to remain on mentorship, educational guidance and companionship.
