Key Requirements:
- British, EU, or Canadian passport holder
- Previous Governess or educationally focused nanny experience

A busy and welcoming family based in Dubai is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organised Governess to support the education, development, and day-to-day management of their three older daughters, aged 8, 7, and 5. The household also includes two younger sisters, aged 3 and 1, who are cared for by a dedicated professional nanny. Whilst responsibilities are clearly divided, all five children spend significant time together, and the Governess and Nanny work closely as a team to ensure consistency across routines, activities, and family life. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the children’s academic progress, personal development, organisation, and overall wellbeing. The family are seeking someone who can create a positive and stimulating environment, encouraging curiosity, confidence, independence, and strong educational foundations. The role involves supporting homework, expanding general knowledge, maintaining communication with schools, and helping the children stay organised and prepared for their busy schedules.
