Rate: £3500 – £5500 per month (Candidate dependent on experience ad qualifications)
Days: Monday – Saturday (07:30 am – 08:00 pm)
Key Requirements:
- Several years’ experience caring for young children within private households
- Formal qualifications or training in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field (preferred)
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development
- A calm, patient and nurturing nature
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel frequently with the family
- Excellent references from previous employers
- Confidence swimming and supervising children around water

The family speak English, Turkish and Russian and place great importance on creating a nurturing, respectful and stimulating environment for their daughter. Their little girl will begin nursery in September 2026, attending Monday to Friday from 8:00am until 1:00pm, allowing time each day to focus on planning engaging activities, supporting her development and preparing everything for her return home. The family’s older son, aged eight, has his own dedicated Governor, allowing this role to remain solely focused on their daughter.
