A fantastic Nanny/Family PA role in the heart of Chelsea for a bright, capable and naturally organised candidate who enjoys variety and thrives on making family life run beautifully. Working with two engaging, sporty school-aged children, this is a wonderfully varied position combining meaningful childcare with the organisation and management of a busy professional household. From encouraging the children’s interests and supporting their academic development to coordinating family schedules, overseeing household arrangements and keeping everything one step ahead, no two days will be quite the same. The eldest is a bright, articulate and sociable girl who turns 12 in November. She is sporty, enjoys spending time with her friends and is increasingly independent. During term time, she leaves for school before the Nanny arrives and generally makes her own way home. Her younger brother turns nine in December and has settled very well into his new school this academic year. He loves reading and has a wonderful imagination. More reserved than his sister, he prefers a close-knit circle of friends and benefits from a Nanny who takes a genuine interest in his individual personality, interests and confidence. The family are looking for someone who understands the changing needs of older children and can strike the right balance between providing guidance and encouragement while respecting their growing independence. With Mum travelling regularly for work, the successful candidate will play an important role in keeping daily life running smoothly, bringing calm, structure and a positive energy to the home. For someone who enjoys responsibility, values being trusted to take ownership and loves the balance of working with older children while managing a range of practical and administrative tasks, this is a particularly rewarding role.
