Managing the agency and covering the international market for over 25 years. Louise studied marketing at University then spent time in France before joining Kensington Nannies in 1992.

Harriott commenced her employment as a consultant for the UK market with Kensington Nannies at the beginning of 2008 having completed a Diploma in Business from Oxford Business School. Prior to joining the Agency she worked as a professional Nanny (NNEB) for 10 years which included a live in job for 4 years looking after 5 children!

With a Bachelor of arts, having previously successfully run a Nursery school, worked as a Nanny and a being a proud mum herself, Brooke is a skilled consultant, who is well equipped to meet the needs of both our candidates & clients in the U.K market.  

Melissa has been a trusted member of Kensington Nannies since 2017, having been placed in high-profile positions with our UHNW clients around the globe, she brings an exceptional depth of knowledge to her role.

Her practical insight into what makes an outstanding nanny particularly in high-standard private households makes her uniquely placed to identify top-tier talent who are equipped to meet the expectations of our International Families. Her global perspective paired with an innate understanding of what both clients and candidates require for a successful match make her a truly valuable asset to the team.

Gilly started her employ at Kensington Nannies as a consultant whilst on a summer break from Nursing over 40 years ago, discovered her niche and has been with the agency ever since. Gilly is instrumental in continuing the Agency in the tradition in which it began and now focuses predominantly on administration.
