Live In: Private bedroom + bathroom with the option of separate flat offsite

Rate: up to AED 22000 per month (candidate dependent)
Days: 6 days a week – 12-hour days
Key Requirements:
- Native English speaker for language development
- NNEB or BA in Early Years, long-term nanny experience in the UK & abroad preferred
- A collaborative nature – ready to work alongside parents and adapt to their evolving needs
- Creativity and energy for sensory play, songs, stories, and age-appropriate adventures
- A deep knowledge of child development from 0-3

An exceptional role has opened within a warm and private Emirati family, caring for their first child, a baby boy born in June 2025. The family has had an excellent experience with their current maternity nurse (from Kensington Nannies), who will complete her extended contract in January 2026. They are now seeking a development-focused nanny to take over the child’s daytime care and guide him gently through his early developmental milestones, day by day, with expertise, structure, and joy. This sweet baby boy has had a wonderful, nurturing start, and the family is committed to ensuring his journey continues in the hands of someone who is confident, gentle, and deeply knowledgeable about the early years. You will be responsible for all aspects of his daytime care, including creating and delivering a developmentally rich routine that evolves as he grows—from sensory play and music time to early communication and movement activities.
