Key Requirements:
- Experienced: Proven track record with young children, ideally within private international households.
- Educationally focused: Confident in supporting early years learning through imaginative play-based methods rather than traditional desk work. Knowledge of FS1 and FS2 curriculum is essential.
- English-speaking: Native English or completely fluent, to support the children’s language development.
- Nurturing & patient: Uses gentle guidance, positive reinforcement, and distraction rather than raised voices.
- Sensitive, discreet, and comfortable in a formal household environment.
