Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant professional Nanny experience.
- Genuine experience caring for toddlers and young children.
- Warm, gentle, nurturing and naturally positive personality.
- Naturally smiley, playful and engaging with children.
- Enjoys talking, reading, singing and playing with toddlers throughout the day.
- Strong understanding of language development and how to encourage communication through everyday interaction.
- Confident planning and attending classes, playdates and age-appropriate activities.
- Happy to get out and about with the child and make the most of the local area.
- Dog-friendly and happy to occasionally walk the family’s Labrador
A happy, sociable 15-month-old little boy is looking for a warm, gentle and naturally smiley Nanny to spend his days with. Mum is returning to work in November and would love to find someone kind, positive and playful who will genuinely enjoy getting to know him and supporting him as he grows. He is a cheerful little boy who loves interaction, play and being out and about. His Nanny will take him to local classes, playdates and activities, as well as creating plenty of fun and age-appropriate play at home. The family are particularly keen to find someone who enjoys talking, singing, reading and engaging with him throughout the day, helping to encourage his language development and growing communication skills. Mum works from the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, while Dad works from home a couple of days each week from his dedicated office. The family are therefore looking for someone who is comfortable working alongside parents and who can establish a good rhythm to the day. There is a much-loved Black Labrador in the family, so being genuinely comfortable around dogs is important. The Nanny may occasionally be asked to take him for a walk, although this is not an everyday responsibility.
