Live-out:

Rate: £53000 + gross per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Days: Mon- Fri (Term time 10:30 am – 6:30 pm / Non-term time 8:30 am – 6:30 pm)
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nanny caring for children of similar ages
- Fluent English (French advantageous)
- Ability to support homework and early learning confidently
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan structured, age-appropriate activities
- Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative
- Confident managing daily routines, school/nursery pick-ups, and scheduling activities
- Flexibility for occasional babysitting, proxy parenting, and short trips within Europe
- Ability to manage sibling dynamics and encourage positive behaviour
This role involves caring for two boys aged 3.5 and 7 years old in a structured and engaging environment. Both parents work full-time, with one parent working from home part of the week. Responsibilities include school and nursery pick-ups, organising playdates, arranging outings to parks and activities, and planning age-appropriate activities at home. The Nanny will support the eldest child with homework and encourage both children’s development through play, conversation, and daily routines. The eldest enjoys outdoor activities such as biking and scooting, as well as creative and structured play including Lego, puzzles, baking, and writing. He also attends tennis, swimming, and piano lessons. The younger child enjoys imaginative play, drawing, puzzles, and singing, and benefits from patient encouragement around mealtimes. The family’s current Nanny has been in the role for six years, reflecting a stable and long-term working environment.
