Rate: £1200 per week for 5 days OR £1500 per week for 6 day week (Candidate dependent on experience ad qualifications)
Days: 5 or 6 days per week 12 hours per day –Salary ( £1,200 per week for 5 days & £1500 for 6 )
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience caring for infants and young children within private households.
- Highly qualified, ideally with formal training or qualifications in Early Years, Child Development or a related field.
- Fluent, accent-neutral English is essential, as the family’s priority is for their son to develop strong English language skills from infancy.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development, with a strong understanding of developmental milestones, routines and age-appropriate learning.
- Committed to continuous professional development, keeping up to date with current research, best practice and developments within the childcare and early years sector.
- Mature, emotionally intelligent and calm, with excellent judgement and the ability to work independently.
- Able to establish and maintain consistent routines while providing a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment.
- Comfortable working within a fully staffed household and collaborating with parents and other staff members.
- Confident swimmer, as the family spend significant time by the sea and aboard yachts.
- Comfortable around dogs; the family has a small, friendly poodle.
