Key Requirements:
- Extensive and recent hands-on baby experience.
- Strong understanding of early years development and milestones.
- Confident supporting and guiding the weaning journey.
- Warm, kind, gentle and nurturing approach.
- Comfortable working closely with first-time parents and offering support and guidance where appropriate.
- Happy to transition from shared care to sole charge.
- Confident planning age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and development.
- Fluent English essential.
- Danish, French or Spanish language skills would be an advantage.
A first-time family in Parsons Green are looking for a warm, experienced and nurturing Nanny to care for their six-month-old son. The family are looking for a kind, gentle and caring Nanny, with the confidence and maturity to work closely alongside first-time parents and offer reassurance, guidance and support as their son grows and develops. Their little boy is a happy, sweet natured baby who enjoys being talked to, sung to and engaged with throughout the day. A general routine is already in place, with a combination of breast and bottle feeding, and the family are keen to find someone with strong recent baby experience who can confidently support the next stages of development, including weaning, routines and age-appropriate activities. The family would value a Nanny who is knowledgeable about early years development and milestones, confident guiding the weaning journey and happy to act as a supportive sounding board for parents navigating this exciting stage for the first time.
