A real gem of a live-in Nanny position in Kensington, for an experienced career Nanny who would relish becoming a trusted right-hand person to Mum and playing a central role in the life of a bright, imaginative five-year-old girl. With both parents having embarked on new professional roles and Dad based in the Middle East for work, Mum is looking for someone exceptional in their approach to childcare, who can bring organisation, initiative and a reassuring sense of continuity to family life. This is a position that extends beyond traditional nannying, combining excellent childcare with light PA and household management duties to help ease the mental load of a busy working parent. The little girl is a delightful companion: independent, creative, sociable and full of curiosity, with a genuine love of learning. The family would love a Nanny who can nurture her imagination, encourage her educational development and help her grow in confidence through thoughtful, engaging activities and new experiences. Education and school life are particularly important to the family. Mum is actively involved as the class representative and would welcome a Nanny who can act as a natural extension of her, building positive relationships with teachers and other parents, taking a genuine interest in school life and ensuring excellent communication at every stage. Although Mum will generally manage the morning school run, the Nanny will play an important role in supporting the little girl’s learning, routines and wider development. Someone warm, dynamic and naturally organised, who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of building a strong, collaborative relationship with Mum, will thrive in this role.
