A wonderful role for a warm, experienced and energetic Nanny who would enjoy becoming part of the lives of two happy little girls, aged 16 months and 3.5 years, while living between the family’s beautiful homes in Riyadh, London and Spain and travelling internationally with them. The girls are both happy, curious and content, and the family has an established team of Nannies who share their care. The successful Nanny will work closely with the existing team, caring for both girls rather than being assigned to just one child. It is a varied role, with the opportunity to build a lovely relationship with each little girl and support them through their different stages of development. The younger girl, aged 16 months, is a cheerful and inquisitive toddler with an egg and peanut allergy. She needs a Nanny who is confident with young children and meticulous when it comes to managing food allergies safely and consistently. Her older sister, aged 3.5 years, attends school from 9.00am to 12.00pm, Sunday to Thursday, during term time. She can be a little shy with new people and reserved when trying something unfamiliar, so she will particularly enjoy having a Nanny who is fun, patient and encouraging, helping her grow in confidence while supporting her academic, social and emotional development. You will work alongside a full-time South African Nanny, with a part-time Spanish Nanny joining when additional support is needed, particularly during busy periods and travel. The Nannies share their days off and interchange between the children, so everyone becomes familiar with both girls and their individual routines and personalities. Consistency is important to the family. The Nanny team works together to maintain the girls’ routines, boundaries, allergy protocols and developmental goals, with clear daily handovers ensuring everyone is kept up to date. The successful candidate will therefore enjoy working collaboratively and be generous with communication and information.
