A warm, professional and highly organised Nanny / PA is sought for the family based in Abu Dhabi to care for their two young children, a boy aged 5 and a girl aged 3. With both children attending school from September, this role is ideally suited to a candidate who thrives in a structured environment and is confident managing the children’s busy schedules, school commitments and day-to-day organisation with efficiency and ease. Responsibilities will include liaising with schools, coordinating activities and routines, managing the children’s wardrobes and belongings, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly both at home and whilst travelling internationally throughout the year. This is a fully staffed household where discretion, professionalism and initiative are highly valued. The successful candidate will be Confident, naturally organised, calm under pressure and capable of working autonomously whilst maintaining excellent communication with the parents. You will be able to plan and implement age appropriate development activities when home with the children as well as have strong administrative skills, flexibility and a positive attitude are essential qualities for the role. The family enjoy an international lifestyle and travel extensively, therefore previous experience travelling with families is highly desirable. A confident swimmer is essential due to the family’s active lifestyle and travel plans.
