Live-in: Studio apartment in within the family home with own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen etc.

Rate: £60000 – £65000 per annum (DOE)
Days: 7 days on/7 days off and you will need to vacate when not on duty
Key Requirements:
- Extensive toddler experience within private households
- Professional nanny experience in rota positions preferred
- Confident working in a fully staffed household environment
- Discreet, professional, and respectful of family privacy
- Flexible, adaptable, and emotionally intuitive
- Able to “read the room” and understand when to step in and when to give the family space
- Driver essential (automatic vehicle provided whilst on duty)
- Comfortable around dogs – the family have two Maltipoos and one Labrador
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated nanny looking for a stable and rewarding long-term position within a respectful and private household. The family are seeking someone who is confident, calm, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively alongside very hands-on parents and an experienced Norland-trained nanny who is the other half of the rota. The role will primarily focus on the family’s little boy, born in May 2024, who will be turning two in May. In addition, there are two older daughters aged 20 (currently at university) and 18 (soon to attend university), who may occasionally require support. The family travel frequently and require a nanny who genuinely enjoys travelling. Upcoming trips include regular travel throughout Europe and America, as well as an extended five-week trip to Australia later in the year, during which the rota schedule may be lengthened.
